From Omaha roots to a Midwest-wide portfolio, we’ve built LeavenWealth on transparency, experience, and partnership.
LeavenWealth started with one small apartment building in Omaha and a big idea: help everyday people access the wealth-building power of real estate.
We believed — and still do — that real estate investing shouldn’t be reserved for institutions or insiders. It should be available to anyone who wants to build steady, long-term financial freedom.
Our early focus on education and relationship-building created a loyal community of investors who valued our straightforward approach. From there, growth followed naturally — more properties, more investors, and a larger footprint across the Midwest.
At LeavenWealth, our mission is simple:
To build generational wealth for our team and our investors while providing high-quality living environments and exceptional resident experiences.
We do this by sourcing strong multifamily assets, improving operations, and managing each property with precision while communicating transparently with our investors.
At LeavenWealth, every decision is guided by integrity, partnership, and excellence, reflecting our commitment to continuous growth, strengthening communities, and investing with purpose.
While Omaha remains our home base, our reach extends across the Midwest — into markets like Kansas City, Des Moines, and Sioux Falls — where population growth, job creation, and affordability intersect.
By focusing on these steady markets, we can generate consistent returns and minimize volatility.
Callout opportunity: We believe so strongly in the strength and stability of this region that we’ve created a dedicated opportunity to invest in it holistically. The VestMint Fund allows investors to participate in a diversified portfolio of Midwest multifamily assets — a simple, strategic way to share in the growth we see every day.
Our team brings together backgrounds in real estate, finance, and property management — united by a shared commitment to transparency, communication, and performance.
From sourcing deals to distributing returns, we’re hands-on operators who take pride in every property we manage.
